Ibiza Poke es un restaurante de comida rápida, deliciosa, nutritiva y 100% saludable. Actualmente contamos con 2 locales ubicados en la ciudad de Ibiza y otro en Santa Eulària. En nuestra carta encontrarás Poke Hawaiano elaborado de forma casera con productos frescos y saludables.
En el poke se mezclan pescados crudos, generalmente atún y salmón, marinados en distintos aliños que suelen incluir soja y sésamo, sobre una base a elegir. A la mezcla se le añaden todo tipo de elementos frescos, como algas, aguacate, pepino, sésamo o cebolleta entre otros además de salsa y toppings.
Además del Poke en nuestra carta encontrarás baos, hummus, ensaladas, zumos naturales, tartas sin gluten caseras y ricos desayunos en general. Perfecto para comer bien y rápido a todas horas.

Ibiza Poké is a fast food restaurant, delicious, nutritious and100% healthy. Currently we have 2 locations located in the city of Ibiza and another in Santa Eularia. In our menu you will find Hawaiian Poke made homemade with fresh and healthy products.
In the Poke are mixed raw fish, usually tuna and salmon, marinated in different seasonings that usually include soy and sesame, on a basis to choose. The mixture is added all kinds of fresh elements, such as algae, avocado, cucumber, sesame or chives, among others, as well as sauce and toppings.
In addition to the Poke in our menu you will find BAOs, hummus, salads, natural juices, homemade gluten free cakes and rich breakfasts in general. Perfect for eating well and fast at all hours.
